THE ESSENTIALS :

PRIMARY FOOD

     Career, Healthy Relationships, Energizing Movement, and Spirituality. Do you feel connected? How do these key parts of your life affect you, the ‘Whole Person’?

SECONDARY FOOD

     Actual food. When there is balance in the fundamental areas of your life, the healthy weight will come about, as you will be able to relax and find the right balance of all the different kinds of nourishment. You will naturally begin to crave the right food for you. No counting calories! As you come into balance, your chemistry will use the food you eat as fuel, rather than store it as fat.

BIO INDIVIDUALITY

     Everyone is unique and needs a nutritional plan tailored specifically for them.  No cookie cutter approaches here and one size does not fit all.  Some folks do great with quality animal protein and some fare beautifully on plant based protein choices.  Every one of us is different.

 CROWDING OUT

     Let’s focus on what to add in and some of the poorer choices will just fall away given half a chance, replaced by the “good stuff.”

DECONSTRUCTING CRAVINGS

     Tuning in to what you are feeling and honing in on how you really want to feel will give you a clue as to what your cravings are really about. Craving that frozen yogurt or ice cream? Maybe, just maybe you are actually just thirsty. Through our work together we will find out what your body and heart are asking for and give you the ‘moment’ needed to connect and reframe.
