You will explore new ways of incorporating ‘movement’ into your daily routines, from yoga, to cardio to weight training as well as many restorative techniques designed to give you the ‘recovery’ necessary to build strength and flexibility.

This program works best for people who are open, ready, and curious enough to make the changes necessary to shift to a better over all ‘you’.

There is no cookie cutter recipe for us all.   As we work together on the fundamentals of what works best for your unique constitution and chemistry, I will support you as we set the goals and make the game plan for you to find your real center, whether it is losing the extra unwanted weight, or finding the right approach to figuring out which is the best kind of movement to bring into your life every day. Develop the mindfulness to really be in touch with how you are feeling and what you are craving. I will ask you to ask yourself daily, “How do I want to feel”. I will encourage you to ‘know’ yourself more. What do you really want? I am there to support your quest and take apart the nonstop congestion and bombardment of media driven diet and nutritional information so you can see what might be the right approach for you.
